Founder and long-time CEO of HUMMEL Systemhaus - scaled to over 100 employees, expanded in 2016 to a full-service provider with ICT and REVOLUTION E, strategically sold to a leading European construction group in 2020 (asset deal). Three more years as CEO and division head in the corporation, exit end of 2023. HSG is his entrepreneurial platform - the place where experience, infrastructure and execution power come together.
Today he accompanies entrepreneurs and leadership teams on questions of transformation, future-readiness and entrepreneurial development - not from theory, but from his own experience.
